Who do you typically work with?

I specialize in supporting women in their 30s and those navigating the changes of peri and menopause. My focus is on building sustainable strength and confidence in a safe, judgment-free space.

Your gym or mine?

You have flexibility! We can train in person at my Deerfield gym or from the comfort of your own home. Both options provide the same level of personalized coaching and support.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are 60 minutes and tailored to your energy levels that day. We will focus on functional movements, strength training, and mobility, always ensuring your form is safe and effective.

How often should I train?

Most clients find 1-2 sessions per week to be the sweet spot for seeing progress without burnout. Together, we will find a rhythm that fits your lifestyle and helps you stay consistent.

I’m a beginner or have an injury—can I train?

Absolutely. I meet you where you are right now. I work carefully with any limitations or symptoms, prioritizing safety and gradual progress so you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

What equipment do I need for home sessions?

You don't need a full gym! A few sets of dumbbells and some resistance bands are a great start. I can also help you choose the best tools for your space and goals.

How do pricing and packages work?

I offer monthly coaching packages designed for commitment and results. During our initial consult, we'll discuss which option best aligns with your goals and schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, especially with busy schedules. I ask for 24-hour notice to reschedule sessions. If something comes up last minute, we’ll do our best to find a makeup time within that week.

How do I get started?

Yes! As a Precision Nutrition coach, I help you build sustainable habits. If your needs are more clinical, I’ll connect you with a specialized nutritionist for a comprehensive approach.
